The Gavia Pass is a legendary alpine pass that gained its reputation thanks to the challenges faced by Giro d'Italia racers since 1960. For demanding climbs, you need quality trousers with a perfect inner liner. Gavia men's pants are designed specifically for road cycling and feature an insert from the renowned Italian company Elastic Interface. These pants are made of very flexible and quick-drying material with excellent breathability (71% nylon, 29% elastane). With a minimum of seams, they fit great and you'll hardly know you're wearing them on long bike trips. Wide hems with internal silicone are attached to the bottom of the pants to keep them in place. The laser-cut hem without side seams made of polyester (75%) and elastane (25%) is soft on the skin and perfectly holds the pants in the correct position during any long rides. The basis of these pants is one of the best cycling inserts on the market - ROAD PERFORMANCE FORCE MEN HYBRID from the renowned Italian company Elastic Interface. Suitable even for rides of more than seven hours, this liner has a thickness from 3 to 14 mm and an excellent material density of 80-200 kg/m3, which ensures flexibility, excellent breathability and keeps key parts dry. Gavia are high-end men's trousers ideal for long training or riding a road bike, offering excellent comfort and performance.

The Road Master Inserts hybrid cushioning system uses zone-differentiated density –200 kg/m³ in the central zone and 80 kg/m³ in the front and rear. The thickness of the material varies according to the need for cushioning and contact, namely 0.8 mm, 3 mm or 14 mm. In addition, the Hybrid Cell System is used in the perineal zone for extra protection.

The EIT X-FIFTY + MAX material uses REPCO technology, which combines polyamide and polyester fibers for quick drying, soft contact with the skin and high breathability. OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification. Thanks to the Air-mapping concept, it provides maximum ventilation. Antibacterial surface treatment to maintain hygiene even during longer rides.
